St. Kilian’s NS, Mullagh
The 16 classroom school includes a General Purpose Room, library, support teaching rooms, staff room and other ancillary accommodation. Also included in the design is dedicated facility for Spraoi the school’s 3 classroom ASD Unit. The siteworks will include two ballcourts and junior play area, informal grass play areas, landscaping, boundary treatments, pedestrian and vehicle access roads and car park.
The new school is a generic repeat design 16 classroom school.
The overall cost of the project is €5 million.
Kenny Lyons Associates Architects led the design team which included Waterman Moylan Consulting Engineers, Hayes Higgins Partnership and McGahan Surveyors
Ganson Building and Civil Engineering Contractors Ltd. completed the works.
