St. Josephs Hall Edenderry
The refurbishment and extension of St. Josephs Hall, Edenderry on behalf of St. Josephs Hall Sports Committee was a project funded by Offaly Local Development Company and comprised of the refurbishment of the ground floor of the building to create a new Youth Cafe and the creation of a new formal entrance area and stairway to the building with provision for a lift to be installed in the future.
The building is a protected structure in the Offaly County Development plan and the new stairway and lift extension was designed to create a contemporary foil for the historic stone school building.
The project was completed in 2012 and has become a very active base for the youth of Edenderry.
