Esker Hills Golf resort
The Esker Hills Golf resort comprises of a Clubhouse and 38 residential units in two separate courtyard schemes.
The 20 two storey houses occupy the site of the former concrete works and are located in the heart of the golf course overlooking the 6th and 10th greens and water features.
The houses have an upside down design with kitchens, living rooms and balconies at first floor level to maximise views of the course.
18 single storey two bedroom units are located near the existing clubhouse which is to be replaced in the long term with a new building.
Construction was completed on the Residential Element of the development in 2008.
