We delighted at KLA that planning permission has been granted for the new GAA Centre of Excellence development on behalf of our clients Roscommon GAA. The development will consist of the construction of the new Dermot Earley Centre of Excellence sports training facility, compromising of 3 no. new full-size grass pitches with floodlighting, 2 no. new AstroTurf pitches, a seated spectator terrace, a ball wall area and perimeter walking/ running track. These facilities will be served by a new Amenity Building incorporating offices, canteen, gym & dressing rooms, parking and new vehicular access off the existing Ballyboughan Industrial Estate.
