Contract signing at St. Dympna’s NS, Kildalkey
The contract signing took place in St. Dympna’s NS with Ger McIntyre of Leamore Construction Ltd, Peter Lyons of Kenny Lyons, Sean Duffy QS and Chairperson of the Board of Management Colin Finnegan
The works at St. Dympna’s NS, on a greenfield site in Kildalkey, includes the construction of a new two storey 12 classroom National School with general purpose room, ancillary accommodation and the provision of a new entrance road, car park and associated site development works including boundary fencing, new footpath along public road, new pedestrian crossings, site services, sewage pump station and rising main to public sewer connection.
The design team, led by Kenny Lyons & Associates, includes ORS Consulting Engineers, M&E Engineers BDP, Sean Duffy Quantity Surveyor and PDSP consultant Michael White from Feasible
