Colliers Brook

This high density development of semi detached, terraced and duplex units was constructed by John Flanagan Developments on a site close to the Town centre.

The units are clustered around a landscaped central green and are completed to a very high standard and benefited from SEI funding towards improved energy efficiency measures, such as condensing gas boilers.

The development of 35 units was completed in 2005.
