Rights for the Elderly Voluntary Hosing Association

This development comprises of 16 two bedroom terraced houses for the elderly with a shared community centre. All of the units have secure private terraces to the rear and are insulated to a high standard. The development is heated with a geothermal district heating system which was funded by SEI.

The project was completed in 2009 at a value of €2,300,000.
