Clonminch Wood, Tullamore

This development of over 130 detached, and semi detached houses was constructed over three phases by John Flanagan Developments.

The Houses have large enclosed rear gardens and open plan front gardens which flow to large areas of public open space. The houses are generous in size and maximise views to open space.

The development was completed in 1999.
