Edgewater Apartment Development

This infill development comprises of 12 two bedroom apartments in two separate blocks and a single self contained office unit. The site fronts onto the Grand Canal and is opposite the Convent complex which created the opportunity for 3 and 4 storey development.

The main stairway of the four storey building forms a prominent corner to the store street convent road junction. External components include a copper clad Mansard roof to the 3 storey building and a cedar clad bridge between the stairway and apartment elements of the 4 storey building.

The building was completed in 2007.
