N.T.D.I. Training Centre—Sligo

This project comprised of the construction of a new training centre for the National Training & Development Institute which is the training subsidiary of the Rehab Group. The building will be used for classroom based training and development programmes for people with learning and physical Disabilities.

The new building was constructed on an vacant site adjacent to the existing N.T.D.I. Training centre in the old Brewery building on the Garavogue river bank. The new building is approximately 10,500 sq.ft. in area over three floors. A paved promenade was constructed between the building and the river. The project was completed in August 2000 at a cost of €1,150,000.
