Killarney Francian Friary

This project comprised of the construction of a new Residence and Community building for the Killarney Franciscan Community. The new building is located on a sensitive site adjacent to the existing Franciscan Church at Fair hill, Killarney.

Accommodation includes 8 community bedrooms, 6 guest bedrooms, living and dining rooms and community prayer rooms, offices and meeting rooms. The building is a split level structure with private accommodation on the first floor and public areas on the ground level

The project was completed in September 2000 at a cost of €1,350,000.
