Grand Canal House Office Development at
Tullamore

Grand Canal House is a new three storey office development in the heart of Tullamore town on the main thoroughfare. The building was designed to form a gateway to the entrance to the town centre from Kilbeggan with a tall stair tower enclosed in a three storey curtain walling screen.

The sensitive nature of the streetscape was respected with the building stepping down from the corner tower to the adjoining two storey existing structures. The building contains 15,000 sq.ft. of office.

The project cost was approximately € 1,500,000
