Tullamore Retail Park, Cloncollig, Tullamore

Tullamore Retail Park was completed in October 2004 and comprises of 8 no. retail warehouse units with 450 car parking spaces. With a large building of its size the design emphasis was to break up the bulk of the building using Raised canopies with projecting blockwork features for the entrances to the units. A covered walkway is provided externally linking all units for the comfort of customers.

The project cost was approximately € 8,500,000.

In 2008 Unit H was modified to create a mezzanine floor to cater for Heaton’s and Atlantic Homecare was extended at a total cost of €2,200,000
